I can’t think Andy Cruz enough!! He absolutely saved the day, The week, the month, the year for my mom. Time to make a long story short, I recently took over the finances of my elderly mom who lives totally on Social Security every month. She rents an apartment and never has enough money to pay all her bills so being her daughter, I would help with whatever she couldn’t pay even though I also live on Social Security every month. Recently, I took over all her finances. She’s too confused to do it anymore. I could not understand why she was being $282 a month was being taken out of her checking account for United healthcare when she has an advantage plan. I made an appointment with Andy Cruz, who helped me when I Retired. We sat in the office with Andy for two hours. He was so patient but let me tell you what he got to the bottom of it all. My mom was very sick four years ago and was in the hospital for six months and when she got out of the hospital, she received a call from United healthcare and the representative talked her into switching friends m her supplemental plan to an advantage plan. My mom had no idea what she was doing and representative didn’t explain to her that she needed to cancel her supplemental plan. Andy showed us that she was still paying for her supplemental plan each month for the last four years plus she was under an advantage plan. He sorted everything out Made the phone calls with us there in the office to help us through the very complicated issues with customer service. He wrote a detailed letter to United healthcare, showing all our evidence and requesting a backdated refund for the years we had paid and shouldn’t have . I’m happy to say today my mom received a $10,000 refund for the four years she had paid United healthcare and was not using the plan that she was paying for. So many prayers were answered. None of us knew where the finances would come from when her time came. now she has some stability in her life and can live her life a little more comfortable, and will be able to pay her bills now. Thank you, Andy from the bottom of my heart. I highly highly highly recommend this man. He is a good man and he will help you. Sincerely, Sherry’s daughter Darlene.

Andy was the first agent to ever completely
and totally explain all the differences of the different company plans. He even told me which plans were accepted by my doctors and my out of pocket cost for procedures or appointments for each plan. He got me changed over to the new plan the beginning of the next month because I had moved and my former plan withdrew from my home area. So easy and clear!!! Thank you Andy!

Andy did a fantastic job reviewing options available for my RX plan.
